Police Day at Gunwharf Quays

Saturday 5th October was the Policing Through the Ages day at Portsmouth's Gunwharf Quays. I called in on my way from Central Library to the HIstoric Dockyard.


I was greeted by a US police car, sponsored by Cops and Doughnuts, who had flown over from Clare, Michigan to hand out sample bags of two of their coffee blends:

Next to it was a compatriot, being shown off by USA Cop Cars Ltd

The British Military Police had brought a bunch of vehicles:

There were a few examples of two-wheeled transport:

But mostly the day was all about the cars:

Police boats were also in evidence but even trickier to photograph. Maybe next year...
